Help for Emotion Management– Learn about your emotions, what is the source, and how to change the way you feel about daily life activities. Anger isn’t always expressed in rage, some times it’s expressed as feeling unjustified or sad. Sadness can look different for everyone. What does your sadness make you do? Excitement can be overwhelming for some people. How do you handle all that energy? Anger is a powerful emotion—what is it telling you? These are beginning questions that can start your therapy.

For whom we can be helpful
For individuals who want to become the best version of themselves
For Women
Therapy for Women– In today’s society, women often find themselves juggling their careers, relationships, and parenting responsibilities. After awhile, burnout can settle in, preventing women from being their best. I help women process body image concerns, self-medication concerns, positive relationships with the opposite sex, boredom, life& goal challenges, and relationship challenges.
For Men
Therapy for Men- Men’s challenges with feeling masculine often prevent them from asking for help. Men deal with many of the same issues women struggle with early in recovery. I provide a safe place for men to explore their struggles in positive body-image, self-esteem, appropriate relationships with the opposite sex, managing emotions, and creating a work/life balance.
Relationships
Therapy for Families- Structured, positive parenting does not appear overnight, and takes a solid foundation to build on. Some times, parents have had uneasy childhoods themselves, preventing them from being parents from a positive perspective. Parenting out of fear or guilt may become their norm, and get in the way of mothers and fathers truly connecting with their children. I help parents process their “roadblocks” and enjoy being a parent.
