When Your Mind Feels Clouded

 

Many people struggle with forgetfulness, difficulty concentrating, or mental fatigue and begin to wonder what is brain fog and why does it happen. Brain fog is not a medical diagnosis, but it describes a collection of cognitive symptoms that make thinking feel slow or unclear. It often appears during periods of high stress, emotional exhaustion, or poor sleep.

Although occasional forgetfulness is normal, persistent brain fog can interfere with daily productivity and emotional well-being.
