About Amber

Home About Amber

Many of the clients I work with are high-achievers—managers, students, and parents—who appear “fine” on the outside but are navigating a silent storm of anxiety, self-doubt, or relational exhaustion. Whether you are struggling to set boundaries in a difficult marriage, questioning your worth despite your successes, or wondering if your “anxiety” is actually a sign of how your brain is wired, I am here to help you find clarity.

I believe therapy should have a direction. My mission is to move you beyond “just talking” into actionable change. Over my 15-year career—spanning university settings, intensive outpatient care, and private practice—I have developed a toolkit designed to help you deconstruct the patterns holding you back.

I specialize in helping clients navigate:

  • Neurodivergence & ADHD: Moving from shame to functional strategies for daily life.

  • Relational Boundaries: Breaking the cycles of codependency and emotional manipulation to reclaim your autonomy.

  • Core Belief Restructuring: Shifting the “imposter syndrome” and self-doubt that often follow trauma or high-pressure career paths.

  • Resiliency through Grief: Navigating the profound impact of loss, including fertility challenges and life transitions.

My passion lies in making connections with those who feel they’ve lost their footing. I work with individuals who may have lost hope in their relationships or their own abilities. I don’t just offer “unconditional support”; I offer a partnership. We will acknowledge your past and present concerns, but our focus will always be on building a healthier, more fulfilled future.

Trust is the foundation of our work. Together, we will build the communication skills, healthy boundaries, and self-discovery needed to get you back to a balanced life.

Support should be simple, effective, and empowering. If you are ready to take that journey toward your best self, I look forward to meeting you.
