I’m Taucha Buller-Barnes (pronounced Tasha), and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have a deep passion for helping adults reconnect with themselves, heal emotional wounds, and create lives that feel more balanced and fulfilling.
My approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, and tailored to your unique story. I integrate evidence-based techniques with relational insight, helping clients work through shame, build secure attachments, and develop emotional awareness and resilience.
Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming — whether you’re navigating grief, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or major life transitions. No matter what you’re facing, you don’t have to go through it alone. I offer a warm and nonjudgmental space where you can process your emotions, gain insight, and develop meaningful strategies to move forward.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master of Social Work from Middlesex University in London, England. My clinical lens is comprehensive and trauma-informed, considering emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and cultural factors that shape your experience.
Outside of my work, I love reading, puzzling, traveling, and spending time with my dogs. Exploring the world continues to deepen my appreciation for diverse human experiences, which I carry into the therapy room with curiosity and care.
